You can place an order via our secure online catalog, or via fax, phone, or mail. Educational, government institutions, and qualifying businesses can also set up a purchase order account. Please email us to inquire. 

In all correspondence, always include your email address and phone number so we can confirm receipt of your order.

We accept Visa or MasterCard, as well as bank wire transfers and money orders. For wire transfers, a small fee will be applied to cover costs. Customers are also responsible for any fees incurred by their own local bank and any intermediary banks. For payment via wire transfer or money order, please make sure to contact us to get a a full quotation with shipping costs and instructions prior sending funds.

Integraf accepts purchase orders only from educational institutions, governmental institutions, and qualified businesses in the U.S. and abroad. Restrictions and certain guidelines may apply, so please call us if you are a first-time customer and are interested in placing a purchase order.

Yes. We ship regularly to customers from over 50 countries each year. Make sure to read our important message on international shipping before choosing your shipping carrier. We generally ship via UPS or the United States Postal Service. We can also ship via FedEx and DHL to overseas destinations, and will generally do so if these carriers provide competitive rates versus UPS. Please click here for detailed information.
