For international orders, our main shipping carriers are United Parcel Service (UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express) and the United States Postal Service (USPS Global Express Mail). Please carefully note our recommendation and important distinctions below when choosing your carrier. We can also ship via FedEx and DHL upon customer request or when such carriers are more expedient or economical to you. (In some instances, we may actually end up shipping your parcel via FedEx or DHL instead of UPS automatically if we find there is a significant savings for you.) Recommendation We highly recommend you choose shipping via UPS Worldwide Expedited or UPS Worldwide Express (instead of USPS Global Express Mail) if your order is:
USPS Global Express Mail: Economical but Mixed Reliability From our experience, we have found USPS Global Express Mail to be fairly economical and reliable to countries with well-developed and managed postal systems. However, there are a number of countries where customers have reported significant delays and even lost packages when shipping via USPS Global Express Mail, especially during holiday periods. USPS Global Express Mail relies on the destination country's postage system to make the final delivery to the customer.
Note that your USPS parcel can be insured only to $500 maximum, unlike UPS, FedEx, or DHL. In the event your parcel is lost or damaged, you would only be eligible to claim up to $500.
We strongly advise against using USPS Global Express during the year-end holiday season, since significant delays (10-20 days) may occur.

Kirkland, WA, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon by Integraf. Integraf is
not responsible for delays, loss, or damage of packages by your chosen carrier once we've
shipped the product from our offices. We value our customers and their
well-being, and will give our best effort to help you work with the shipping
company in recovering your shipment or its value in such an rare event. We
refund customers the full amount of any funds we successfully recover from your
chosen carrier, a process that may from one to six months. |
